Family Pastor

Im a family pastor and we are using the orange curriculum for birth through 5th grade. The app has had its ups and downs, but the latest fix does allow easy switching back and forth between preschool and elementary curriculum. The push notifications are a helpful reminder and my two older boys (5.5 and 3 years) love watching the weekly video with their dad. Most parents just need a creative reminder and a helpful suggestion throughout the week and I have found that using this app has been both helpful and convenient. My two suggestions would be for their to be a rolling 5 week curriculum instead of erasing the entire previous month at the beginning of the next month. There are times when it is the end of the month and I would like to go back over some of the content from the previous month and it is no longer available. My other suggestion would be to make the resolution of the videos (ipad) just a bit clearer somehow. They are good, but at times can become pixelated. Other than that, this IS a good resource for parents and I am encouraging all the parents of our kids to download and use the app. When used with the church curriculum this is a fun, creative, and convenient way to connect church and home!
